To let upper management knows about it
I just want to put a complaint about the District Manager Marcus Bada. He really doesn't work with his managers, he assigned to a facility with no training at all.
I was working in the company for 1 yrs 6 months. After working for almost 25 years in hotel management. I applied for a job opening Manager in training MIT. I never received any training at all.
I was assigned to clean residents' rooms for almost a year. I worked at North Las Vegas, Rehab Center for 6 months as a housekeeper, Lake Mead Rehab Center also as a housekeeper.
I really worked very hard during the Covid Pandemic, cleaning infected rooms, I cleaned and detailed the station 200 - 300 (total of 26 rooms) I constantly received good comments about my job. Marcus Bada never saw that never appraised me about my job. He assigned to another facility, again with no training at all.
Gave disciplinary actions for not completing couple of reports, because I was shorted staff, working on the floors. My point of this complaint is to avoid that this happens again to somebody else in the future. I tried to hold that job, because of the pandemic shut down. I was discharged from the last facility, because, there were times I couldn't complete the reports, due to being short with the staff, as usual, I had to work on the floors, I did not do anything negative against the company, against the business.
I deserve another opportunity since I was working very hard every day.
I went back to work in a hotel business, I am very glad. But I just want to let you know I did not want to put a strong complaint in the Labor Commission about Manager Marcus Bada, he should not be in charge of employees, manager, He is not dedicated to his job, he works against the managers, very unprofessional person.
I had a very bad experience working in the company, because of District Manager Marcus Bada, who was totally unfair with me during my employment at HCSG.
I hope nobody else had to go through what I did because it was very depressive and with his behavior he could put the company in jeporday with his bad attitude and always shows preference for other managers.

H CSG needs to monitor who they be hiring as District mangers, two employees was ask not to clock in for two days but still work, plus one of the ladies be having to stay over than 6 hours because she is always having like 2 or 3 deep cleans or more this cause her to have to leave late and no helps her but me they keep on with this scandal there's going to be a lawsuit against this money hungry District managers are out for themselves, I've been with this company for 4 years and the pay raise we were given was 16 cents what kind of raise is that, they make you work your but off and will not accommodate their employees, I feel that there should be an investigation done on these District managers between Concord and Kannapolis district, they are money hungry, while we work for penny money, we all should come together and demand a better pay, this is why so many people are leaving!

Stimulant payout
My direct deposit from irs stimulant payment for some reason could get deposit to my count so there for the irs has no choice but to send paper check out an that could take up to 5 months to receive .I want you to know I am retaining a legal advice from attorneys an will peruse with this all the way to the highest courts what your company has caused me an my family( little children)an a Veteran with 2 purple hearts my husband for all of us have to experience an live cause your direct deposit rejected my deposit from irs.I am new to green dot card an this is what you do to people ,I calling local news to do live interview radio station on you I hope some one will fix this immediately or figure out something . We will lose our home an my kids are very hungry I dont get any help from else where ,so they rely on me an what do I tell them it's already been bad enough with this virus issues .I can't believe this spray to God you handle this matter soon an I mean real soon I not hear back in this issue by end of today 4/23/2020.I have no other choice but to call local news an lawyers will eat this up .thank you for nothing Tracy Williams 903-372-**** tldarby73@***l
